Another new poem, another apology
There’s a poem about Botticelli’s most erotic dream in the new issue of Apercus Quarterly
There’s also some new good stuff to be sorry for at http://theamysapologize.tumblr.com/
Some new poems
So here are some newish poems. One is a sestina about a chicken that is not a baby and vice versa, another is not a sestina about a horse and a passion play, and the third is an ekphrastic that goes backwards.

Bigfoot is born (and there’s a party to celebrate)
Tomorrow is November 1, the official release date, at which point Bigfoot officially exists. In an early endorsement, one reader writes, “It’s very hard to wrestle this book away from the baby. She senses that it brims with wit, pain, and identity questions, and she is unafraid.”
You can order a copy through Orange Monkey or on Amazon, or you can buy one on November 15 at the Bigfoot for Women book party at Machines with Magnets, featuring readings and Bigfoot mini-lectures by special guests Mary-Kim Arnold, Darcie Dennigan, Avishek Ganguly, Jared Goldstein, and Lucinda Hitchcock. No cover, free parking, cash bar, 8 to 10 pm. I hope to see you there!
Hey, guess what? Now you can order Bigfoot for Women.
Hooray! So exciting. Be a pal and just go HERE.
Coming soon: details about my big ass Bigfoot book party, the Bigfoot book party to end all Bigfoot book parties. Or to start them. Or something.
